WARM LINES

A WARM LINE IS where anyone with mental health challenges, ADDICTION, or both can call confidentially for 20 minute calls.
They get to talk to a peer who has been through similar things who will listen and encourage them in their recovery.
Not counseling or advice but just loving mutual support.

We all need someone to talk to who can understand us, and is willing to listen. Certified Peer Support Specialists are available
night and day to share in your successes, and support you if you’re struggling. Save these numbers for ANYTHING.
No struggle is too small or too big
that cannot confidentially call or text anytime.
